Paid extra for early delivery, might as well not have bothered. Got a refund of the extra but very poor communication.
I purchased a dewalt screw gun due to the quick delivery time ( dispatched next working day ) my delivery didn't arrive. I called no on e there, emailed got a response 2 days later with a tracking number and no apology. Looking at the tracking details it was dispatched a week after payment

Exellent delivery got my parcel following day , very good hedge trimmer ,light & good battery life & very quick charge.
Was easy to order online and the free delivery was within six days. Ordered on a Wednesday and received the following Monday. There was also tracking details and notification of possible time to expect delivery on the specific day. Order was securely packaged.
I purchased a Dewalt Jigsaw for my husband for his birthday, unfortunately when he unwrapped it the carry case was damaged. I contacted customer services & within hours Drew replied offering a replacement carry case, no arguments, no quibbles. The replacement was delivered 2 days later!

easy to use website and fast free tracked delivery.
I have used buyaparcel a couple of times and will continue to do so when needed.
Ordered at 2.30pm for next day delivery. It arrived next day. All handled very well and price was competitive.

Guess I should have read reviews before ordering. Seems there are others who have and still are having problems. I purchased a Makita cordless chainsaw complete with specific size batteries and charger. The package arrived via DHL split open with batteries showing signs of being bounced around in the van and batteries being a lesser cheaper value to the one ordered and paid for. Complaint made that day. An arrangement was made to exchange the batteries and a diary date made. We were at home as always 24/7 awaiting. No delivery. When back tracking with buyaparcel.com / Godfreys by email only as there is no way of speaking via the phone it appears an attempt was made by DHL to deliver. I disputed this as we have full CCTV coverage. Another date was then set. Still waiting........ Customer services are less than hopeless. I would strongly advise to think twice about using this company.
Received a shoddy cellotaped Dewalt box, hedge trimmer very expensive, Faulty charger, 12 emails still no resolution.
